This is the third pair of boots I’ve purchased from you, and I’m very disappointed. I ordered size 40, but they feel more like a size 41.
I wore them once and quickly realised they are too big and very uncomfortable, so I’m unable to use them anymore.
I would appreciate your advice on how this can be resolved.
