We hope you're completely satisfied with your new shoes or boots however if you've changed your mind then return them to us within 45 days of the date of dispatch.
They will need to be returned in the original box with any associated wrapping.

Please fill in your returns note
Add your WEB****** order number to the label then apply to the packaging
Please take to your preferred DPD Pickup Location

We do not offer free returns from N Ireland or any area a delivery charge has been paid.

If you choose not to use our returns services, the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us and we cannot refund your postage costs for the return.



Exchanges
If you need a different size, you would need to return the incorrect size for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Unfortunately our returns are automatically refunded upon their receipt, so we're unable to process an exchange.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
