Organise a Return

*** We have extended our returns period to 90 days during the pandemic *** 

We hope you’re completely satisfied with your new shoes or boots however if you’ve changed your mind then return them to us within 28 days of the date of dispatch. They will need to be returned in the original box with any associated wrapping.


For orders placed upto the 6th July and delivered via UPS. 

If you have a pre-printed UPS label with your delivery then please return your parcel using a UPS access point. Returns are free of charge via UPS access points throughout the country. To find your nearest access point, please visit this link.

Please re-package your items as they were received, fill in the reason for the return on the back of your delivery note, seal the package and stick your returns label on the outside of the box. (The sticky labels sometimes get stuck under the flaps of the box but if it’s missing, please contact us and we’ll send you another).

Then just drop it off at your closest UPS access point and hold on to your returns receipt until you receive an email from us confirming that your refund has been processed.

 

For orders placed on or after the 6th July

The options for return are:-

- Free via the Hermes Parcel shop network 

- Home collection - from £2.50

You will need to create a return via our returns portal   .  You will be asked to confirm your location country, WEB order number, reason for return, name, phone number (remove leading zero from number), email, postcode, address. Tick the box to confirm no hazardous items in the parcel. Click on Proceed.

Select your chosen return method (free via hermes parcel shop, or collection for a small fee) and follow instructions, and you'll be given a Return Number.

If you have chosen to drop the parcel at a Hermes parcel shop you can download the PDF to print off the label, if you don't have a printer, please email us once you've created the return at customerservice@rieker.co.uk with your WEB order number and the collection reference number and we'll print it off and post it out to you.

PLEASE NOTE

If you choose not to use our returns services, the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us and we cannot refund your postage costs for the return.

If you need a different size, you would need to return the incorrect size for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Unfortunately our returns are automatically refunded upon their receipt, so we’re unable to process an exchange. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
