We hope you’re completely satisfied with your new shoes or boots however if you’ve changed your mind then return them to us within 28 days of the date of dispatch. They will need to be returned in the original box with any associated wrapping. Your return may take 14 days to process
The options for return are:-
- Free via the DPD Parcel shop network (Not available for Northern Ireland)
- Home collection with DHL Express at £5.00
You will need to create a return via our returns portal . You will be asked to confirm your location country, WEB order number, reason for return, name, phone number (remove leading zero from number), email, postcode, address. Tick the box to confirm no hazardous items in the parcel. Click on Proceed.
Select your chosen return method and follow instructions, and you'll be given a Return Number.
If you have chosen to drop the parcel at a DPD Parcel shop you can download the PDF to print off the label, if you don't have a printer, please email us once you've created the return at email@example.com with your WEB order number and the collection reference number and we'll print it off and post it out to you.

If you choose not to use our returns services, the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us and we cannot refund your postage costs for the return.
If you need a different size, you would need to return the incorrect size for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
Unfortunately our returns are automatically refunded upon their receipt, so we’re unable to process an exchange. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
