Ø I have purchased footwear on your website and they are faulty, what should I do?
o Please return your footwear to us free of charge for inspection.
o Please address the parcel to "Quality Department - Web"
o To find the closest DPD drop off point please visit our website and click on DPD shop finder, enclosing a letter explaining the reason for the return also quoting your WEB reference number.
o Our quality controller will deal with the query as soon as possible (allowing up to 10 working days) and notify you accordingly.
Ø Can you do repairs?
o We are sorry, we are distribution only here in the UK and we do not offer a repair service.
o However, you can take your footwear to a local repairer who may be able to help and advise you.
Ø Can you replace my laces?
o We do not currently sell any shoe accessories.
o Any good cobbler should be able to help.
Ø I have bought Rieker shoes from a shop can I get a refund?
o If we could kindly ask that you return your footwear to the retailer from whom they were purchased.
o As the retailer has taken your payment, your purchase contract is with them.
Ø Wrong size has been ordered, can you change this?
o If you require any changes to your order, you would need to enter a new order on the website and return the original order for a refund.
Ø The item chosen is out of stock, when will this be back in stock?
o If the item chosen is out of stock, we may not be expecting further deliveries this season as the season’s stock is ordered, delivered and sold.
Ø Can I place an order by telephone?
o We are unable to process orders via the telephone, as we do not have the payment facilities, although this may be something we look at doing in the future.
o Alternatively, we could run a search to check if any of our Rieker stores have the style and size available and provide you with their details.
