We only ship to UK mainland addresses with a valid UK postcode and regret we can’t deliver outside of the UK.
We are sorry but we are not able to offer delivery to the following areas Orkney Isles, Shetland Islands, Outer Hebrides, Inner Hebrides, Isle of Man, Isle of Mull, Jura, Islay, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles Of Scilly or Southern Ireland.
All our parcels are handled by UPS and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
To qualify for next working day you need to place your order before 1pm. Orders received on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, during the weekend and on any UK Bank Holiday will be processed on the first working day after the break, for delivery the next working day.
Certain postcodes may experience a 2 day service. Customers in Northern Ireland will experience a 2 day Service.
We currently offer two delivery options:-
· Free Click and Collect via the UPS network of access points near to you
· £5 for next working day delivery to your home address (or chosen address)
Free Click and Collect
UPS Access Points are convenient locations such as local grocery stores or petrol stations where you can collect your deliveries. It's usually a next working day service and you will be notified by email when your parcel is ready for collection. Parcels will be held at an access point for 10 days. £5.00 Delivery to your home (or chosen address)
UPS can deliver anytime between 7am and 7pm and a signature will be required to confirm receipt. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted they will leave a card and take the parcel to your closest UPS access point for you to collect. You will be notified by email of the tracking details.

Returns are free of charge via UPS access points throughout the country. To find your nearest access point, please visit this link.
Please re-package your items as they were received, fill in the reason for the return on the back of your delivery note, seal the package and stick your returns label on the outside of the box. (The sticky labels sometimes get stuck under the flaps of the box but if it’s missing, please contact us and we’ll send you another).
Then just drop it off at your closest UPS access point and hold on to your returns receipt until you receive an email from us confirming that your refund has been processed.
If you choose not to use our returns label and the UPS network, the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us and we cannot refund your postage costs for the return.
