Returns are free of charge via UPS access points throughout the country. To find your nearest access point please visit this link
To return an item please log into your rieker.co.uk account (if you are an express customer and did not create an account please select the forgot password function and an account will be created for you), click on "order history" and find your order. Select the item(s) in your order you wish to return and click return at the bottom of the page then follow on screen instructions. Once complete you will receive an email, please print off and include this in your returning package. Completing this will help us processes your return and greatly speeds up the refund process.
Repackage your items as they were received and stick your returns label on the outside of the box. Then just drop it off at your closest UPS access point and hold on to your returns receipt.
Please note if you choose to return an item using a method other than UPS access points that the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives with us. We can also not refund postage on items not sent via our returns label.
