If we could kindly ask that you return your footwear to the retailer from whom they were purchased so that they can inspect them for you. As the retailer has taken your payment, your purchase contract is with them and they will therefore be able to issue any refund, replacement or repair that may be due to you.
If the store is not local to you or it is not convenient to return the items in person, the store should be able to handle your query via post.
