Usually, you would be required to return them to the store from where you purchased them, (even if this is abroad) as this is who your purchase contract is with and legally they are responsible for any reclamations. However, we understand that as the store is abroad or have ceased trading it may be difficult for you to contact them.
Please provide us with your details and a copy of your receipt. If you haven't retained the receipt, a copy of your bank/card statement will be sufficient. We will then advise if we are able to assist you.
