COVID-19 is a new global illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It's caused by a virus called coronavirus. The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are a high temperature and a new, continuous cough. The Government states everyone must stay at home to help stop coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading. You should wash your hands with soap and water often to reduce the risk of infection.

The continued well-being of our customers and colleagues is our paramount concern. Please follow social distancing guidelines. It is the responsibility of all of us to do everything possible to reduce potential transmission of the virus.

Rieker.co.uk is currently still operating. Delivery options are reduced to home deliveries only and all deliveries are currently free. We use multiple couriers through GFS for our deliveries and they have introduced their own measures to ensure social distancing as well as signing for you. Our warehouse staff are operating on reduced numbers to ensure they can work safely isolated from each other to comply with social distancing measures in place throughout the UK.

Currently we are offering free deliveries to your home. All click and collect services are currently closed. There may be a delay getting your parcel to you as couriers are prioritising medical supplies and essential items.

In order to keep our staff safe and allow them to work from home our customer phone line is currently closed. Please instead use the “contact us” at the bottom of the website or contact customerservice@rieker.co.uk directly. We will do our best to help but there may be a delay due to reduced staffing levels at this time.

Currently we have extended our returns policy to 90 days for all unworn purchases. Our extended returns policy applies for the foreseeable future.
